1.  Will you replace the stickers on my windshield?
     No we do not replace, old stickers will be cut out and placed in the vehicle as per PA law.
2.  If my rear view mirror is attached to the windshield will it be attached to the new windshield?
     Yes, in the case of a new windshield installment we will remove your rear view mirror and then attach it to your new windshield.
3.  Will my vehicle be damaged during the repair or replacement process?
     No, your vehicle should not be damaged during the repair or replacement process.
4.  How long does it take to replace or repair a windshield?
     In most cases a windshield repair can take 30 minutes while a full replacement typically takes around 2 hours (60 minutes for installation and 60 minutes for safety).
5.  Will I need to wait with my vehicle for mobile service?
     No, you do not need to wait but the car keys will be needed for servicing the vehicle.
6.  Will the crack or chip be invisible after the repair has been completed?
     No, in most cases the appearance will be an improvement to what it was prior to being repaired leaving a slight blemish or imperfection.
7.  How soon can I wash my vehicle after a repair or replacement?
     We recommend you wait 24 hours due to the high pressure from most car washes which can damage the windshield seal.
8.  What happens if it rains after my windshield is repaired or replaced?
     Rain will not harm the windshield, the moisture will actually help in the curing process.
9.  Why do I need to leave a window cracked for the first couple hours after a repair or replacement?
     When the windows are shut the internal pressure of the cabin could lead to blowing a hole through the new seal causing an air or water leak.
